Health Minister raises concerns over CBSE board exams, HRD issues guidelines

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on Monday raised concerns over the conducting of pending CBSE exams. Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank yesterday released the schedule for the CBSE class 10 and 12 board examswhich can be held from Dominion Day .

In his tweet addressed to the HRD Minister, Harsh Vardhan wrote, “I request HRD Ministry to form sure proper cleanliness and hygiene protocol at the exam centres.” He also added, “I convey my best wishes to students and hope for a bright future for them.”



HRD Minister tweeted from his personal thoughts said  -  “We have issued guidelines to the CBSE in this direction.” He added, “The guidelines issued by the Health Ministry will be followed at every cost.”

Few Information about Guidelines-

CBSE Board also talked about the health of students, while issuing the date sheet. The new rules are - 
  1. Masks are must : The Board has announced the rules that students & teachers must have to wear mask during the board exams.
  2. Sanitiser : Candidates could take only a transparent water bottle, and students must have to carry their own sanitiser for their personal use. Further, it was earlier reported that Board can give sanitiser and masks for students and investigators.
  3. Social Distancing : The Board has announced that students have to maintain the required distance in examination hall and for board exam more rooms can be used in schools.
